I love that even during winter in Texas, we still have *a little bit* of greenery because of the cedar trees. It is a little bit of a slower time of year since most people's horses are fuzzy. But, if you're thinking of scheduling an equine or equestrian portrait session in the colder months, don't let the idea of "the photos won't look good because everything is dead" deter you from scheduling a session! Depending on your property or horse's location, you can still manage to get good pictures, even in the winter months. Take a look at some of these images I captured for a family in Royse City, Texas. Three children and three horses; this session was definitely a blast!
